    If I already did an on-ramp class at another gym, why do I need to do another on-ramp before joining your gym?

    Hello there! I am looking to get some info about the classes, pricing at Crossfit for my husband and I. He is diabetic, and we both could use to lose about 50lbs. We are athletic, but we eat more junk then we should. I thought something like this 2x a week each would help. We have little ones so I thought this could be a ” night out” as sad as that probably sounds! Haha program info and pricing / class schedule is really what I was looking to find out.
