Today's WOD was made up of stations. Five 1min stations for two rounds. REST 2 min and repeat.
It was a tough WOD. Ryan got a good taste of it being pushed through only one round and still keeping up a score close to the ones doing 2 rounds.......all I have to say is he was outside for awhile after the WOD
I felt the same way being cheered on by Mark who pushed me through to go go go. I too was outside for awhile after the WOD.
Those are the WOD's you have a love hate relationship with.
Congratulations to the morning crew, Heather, husband Chris and Peter! It was only the second WOD for both Chris and Peter and they did awesome! Super proud of both of them for learning the movements so quickly and hitting a WOD like this with great spirit.
Congratulations also goes out to Mark who not only had a PR in Snatches tonight but also on his 1000m row!!! Beautiful Job!!

Each week we will be working on 1 particular movement. It will be in the skill, it will be our strength movement and it will be in one of our WOD's.

...and that's what it felt like!!! Nice job to both the morning and night classes today. We had a super morning with our neighbor, Peter from Albany Spring and then this evening we had the pleasure of having Cliff visit us from CrossFit LI. Cliff is up here training our Albany Fire Department right down here by CrossFit Beyond. You can tell he's been doing CrossFit for sometime now....he crushed this WOD tonight. Great job to Ryan, Melanie, Heather, Holly and Mark on good from and determination!
