CrossFit Beyond is getting around this week!

something like 400 hundred kids (nah-just kidding-just seems like it)
20-28 kids per day

We have done almost everything up my sleeve

monkey hangs
push presses
agility ladder
bean bag toss
angry gorilla deadlifts
elephant squats
football drills
dodge ball
rowing
sprinting
baton races
long jumps
box jumps
tire flips
bear crawls
prowler runs


my head is spinning thinking about all the movements these kids learned in just 4 days!!
AND they are loving it!!!
