AMRAP = As many rounds as possible.
AMRAPS seem like they take forever.... but at the same time you know you will be done in a certain about of time. Today was hard. The movements were basic but doing something time and time again you need to keep up your strength, endurance and stamina for 20 minutes! Great job to the morning class for hitting their goal of rounds, Keith, Mathew, Heather Tim and Bruce nice job. The evening class was just as good, great job to Stacey, Stephanie, Tom and our newest members Nicole and Chris on a beautiful display of athletic ability. Special congrats goes out to Chris and Nicole for doing a slightly shorter time BUT still keeping up with everyone else.
