Baseline is one of those deceiving WODs. It looks easy on the board but wait till you get off the rower and try and do squats. Reality sets in.... that there is NO easy CrossFit WOD.
As I watched our athletes today I learned alot... I learned some of you need to learn how to kip....get off that band.....and work on your rowing. That is just moving all of you to a higher level of fitness and that makes one happy trainer!!
These were great times for "Baseline". Nice job everyone. Special congrats to Stacey on a 9sec PR!
