This week started and ended with some great performances.
Monday was Max Clean & Jerk. Some doing this movement for the very first time others excelling in their weights.
Tuesday we went right into laterial jumps and push ups. Did this one look easy? (I don't think so)
Wednesday.... ooohhhh Wednesday hatred came out. WHAT is it with women WOD's? Did you think Kelly was friend or foe?
The way she left everyone...I wouldn't want her as a friend.
Thursday.... was indeed quiet. Rest Day for many and many others were on their way to a long weekend.
Great opportunity to do Mini WOD's working on skill, agility, speed, coordination and balance.

Thursday certainly challenged many of the 10 General Physical Skills.
FRIDAY....well Friday was different that's all I have to say
