1. yes . .. I learned that I need to have a shopper/cook that hands me full tupperware containers when I leave the house in the morning.
2.last night I made a PR on the back squat by 40lbs bringing my max to 145.
3. We've been doing a Paleo 45 day challenge for the past week and have been doing very good. I lost 7lbs last week (the first week) just by doing Crossfit and Paleo together =) I am highly considering keeping the lifestyle after the challenge. The food is good and you don't feel gross after eating it!
