we will be adding an OPEN GYM on
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm-6pm in addition to the 6pm regular class
(these nights are not free and open to the public.
Saturdays at 10am will remain an option to bring a friend or family member to workout and try CrossFit)
What is OPEN GYM?
OPEN GYM: Allows you to come in and use the gym and equipment to
- makeup a WOD you missed
- make up your own WOD
- add another strength day
- practice a skill or movement
OPEN GYM DOES NOT HAVE TRAINERS AVAILABLE!
We may be there.... but it is also "our" time to workout or to take time off.
