Among the posts at www.crossfit.com/cf-affiliates/ they post snapshots of affiliates. It tells how big the place is, how many athletes, trainers.. and then they ask you to sum up your box in one word.... and as I was thinking of what we would say about CrossFit Beyond... the only word I could come up with was
en·cour·age
verb \in-?k?r-ij, -?k?-rij, en-\
transitive verb
a : to inspire with courage, spirit, or hope : hearten b : to attempt to persuade : urge
2: to spur on : stimulate
3: to give help or patronage to : foster

We would like to hear what your one word description would be.

Words of encouragement go along way. Words can make you or break you.

Proverbs 15:4 "The tongue that brings healing is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit."
Proverbs 18:21 "The tongue has the power of life and death...."

Let's all be an encouragement today!
