With Pat hitting the top clean of 240#...we had 8 recorded PR's and the only way you can do that is by form and technique.

Army Captain Dan Whitten, 28, of Grimes, Iowa, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, based out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, died February 2, 2010, when enemy forces in Zabul, Afghanistan, attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. Whitten is survived by his wife, Starr Whitten, his mother, Jill Whitten, his father, Dan Whitten, and his sister, U.S. Army Captain Sarah Whitten.

22 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
22 Box jump, 24 inch box
Run 400 meters
22 Burpees
22 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

That is an understatement!

Yesterday CrossFit Beyond had it's all time busiest day of 44 athletes!
The best part of that is that we did bench presses with only 5 racks and it actally worked out!!!!

I am not only excited BUT thrilled with all the new people and how well everyone has adapted to the CrossFit environment.
Beverly came in the first day and said "I'm not sure I want to do this" ..... yup....she came back for more!!!!
Lauren, Michael and Katie have been consistant all week making it feel like they've been here for months.
