First of all, last night was the first competitors/advanced class! I think it went well! It was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done!. For everyone that is going Sunday, don't forget we decided on 1pm.

Also, more importantly, did you sign up for the handstand seminar on September 23rd? You'll be learning handstands, handstand holds, push ups and walks, among other progressions to those with gymnastic movements. DO NOT EXPECT TO JUST SHOW UP FOR IT, PLEASE! Sign up and let Joy know you plan on being there, then show up! If we do not get 15 people, this will not happen! Take advantage of this opportunity.
