New Recipe, New Year

We have a 6am, noon and 4pm today.
We will be doing a CrossFit Total at 4pm. There will be no 5 or 6pm class. They will be combined at 4pm.

Small gathering with food after the total!! Bring your favorite paleo OR non-paleo item!


We will resume Wednesday with our regular hours and our 10 Day Pull Up Challenge.

Now for a new recipe!

Paleo Stuffed Peppers
1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey...I used half of each!)
4 peppers (green, red, or orange!)
1/2 head of cauliflower riced (chopped up tiny or use a food processor)
1 carrot, finely chopped
1/4 C chopped onion
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp italian Seasoning
salt and pepper
1/4 cup of beef broth or water
tomato sauce (make sure it doesn't have added sugar/salt/etc)

Mix everything but the peppers, water/broth, and tomato sauce together in a bowl until evenly combined.
Cut open the tops of the peppers and clean out the insides.
Stuff the meat mixture into each of the peppers then replace tops onto the peppers.
Put them into a crockpot with the 1/4 cup of water on low for 6-8 hours.
Heat up the tomato sauce to top the peppers when they are ready!
