Yoga with Meghan this Saturday!

Our very own member, Meghan DiGiulio will be holding a yoga class during open gym at 10:00am this Saturday, August 2nd. After your morning workout with Morgan, have a peaceful and relaxing yoga session with Meghan! The M & M Morning on Saturdays will officially begin this coming Saturday! Don't miss out!

We would love to get some feedback from our members about preferences in yoga class times on Saturdays and if there is any interest in also having a 7pm yoga class once during the week. Please take the survey below:

**Friends will be doing SMURF (1/4) WOD or appropriate scaling

If they really love it and are interested in joining CrossFit, they can join us on Saturday too for an on-ramp class from 11-2pm!

NUTRITION 101 Class from 7pm-7:45pmThis is to prep us for the 30 Day Paleo Challenge starting AUGUST 1

anyone looking to step up their game, learn more about how to recover quicker and lose weight. This is the time to start up a new life style.

For the month of August we will have a competition on who can lose the most weight, trim some inches and feel healthier!

Learn the 9 fundamental movements to CrossFit required to start your membership at CrossFit Beyond. Learn the Squat, Press and Deadlift family. Prepare yourself to go into one of the fastest growing strength and conditioning programs out there.

Spread the Word-This is going to be HUGE!!

Over the past few weeks several of our coaches, and members have been bringing CrossFit to children all over Albany County through the Enough CrossFit Beyond Program. This program is sponsored by the Albany County District Attorney's Office in cooperation with CrossFit Beyond. Our mission is to provide youth with opportunities for success by setting healthy goals from a fitness perspective. We strive to provide health and fitness to over 200 children at a dozen locations. Promoting a lifestyle filled with fun, healthy fitness, while bringing neighborhoods and communities together.

We are very excited and honored to be holding the end of summer camp event right here at CrossFit Beyond! Read all of the details below and please help us to spread the word about this amazing event!
