Fridays just became a lot more fun at CrossFit Beyond! Every Friday at 6PM CrossFit Beyond members can bring a friend to class for FREE and hang out after the 6PM class for a fun after party with Coach Meg! Battle the Coach in an afterparty challenge or relax with an adult beverage...the possibilities for Fun Fridays are endless! Don't miss out! Tomorrow, Friday January 15th, kicks off our first Fun Friday! Grab a buddy or just bring yourself to see what Coach Meg has planned for everyone!
We are officially in the second week of our January Challenges!
Our 100,000 meter partner rowing challenge is off to a great start, along with our 30 day clean eating challenge. Our members are doing an amazing job so far!
As we approach the 15th day this week (half way point) be on the lookout for some great prizes that we will be giving away to those who are in the lead of these two challenges. Shaker bottles, protein, Reebok socks, magnesium...which will lead into our final prize of a reebok bag with a Crossfit Beyond t-shirt or hoodie.

Our 30 day clean eating challenge is based on the point system below, with a maximum of 10 possible points per day!

An on-ramp will be held on Saturday, January 9th from 11-2:30. Anyone interested in joining should attend the on-ramp which is included in their first month of membership! This is a great deal!
- 3.5 Hour On-Ramp class is for anyone interested in joining CrossFit Beyond
- ON-RAMPs will be included in the first month membership. In other words you have to sign up for a month. $125 includes the first month membership plus the on-ramp class. We feel that in order to really know if you like CrossFit and CrossFit Beyond you need to try it for a month.
- Learn the 9 fundamental movements to CrossFit required to start your membership at CrossFit Beyond. Learn the Squat, Press and Deadlift family. Prepare yourself to go into one of the fastest growing strength and conditioning programs out there.
