STRETCHING MAKES YOU A BETTER ATHLETE!!

Today the Siena Gang did our first Mobility WOD. Class was short because of the school vacation in session which gave us just enough time to try out one of Kelly Starrett Mobility WODs. I have to admit the class looked like a spiders web with the bands going in different directions and then it looked like eagles wings spread over the wall....but no matter what the vision was the result was a better squat!

I'm excited to say we will be incorporating these WODs on a weekly basis.
