Not only was it a bear to get in during the storm it was a "Bear" of a workout.
This week began with the "Bear Complex". The Bear Complex is a WOD not done for time but for weight.
After every set of movements, power clean, front squat, push press, back squat and again push press performed 5 times you add weight.
It's a great workout. It's fun!
Workouts that aren't timed are great opportunities to work on technique... and that's exactly what we did!
