It's great to expect more out of yourself, but when you just CAN'T do something YET (yet is a key word here) then stop complaining and keep training. Most of us are guilty of this, but instead of being frustrated, lets focus on our "Goats" and get after it.

Push your limits, but don't get discouraged. Challenge yourself and don't be afraid to fail. So what if you make a fool of yourself, trip-up, miss a lift, FAIL...someone else feels the same way, maybe with a different movement, but we all have areas that we can improve!
For me, I promise to try harder to knock off the water works when I fail! At least I have passion for this sport?
