AMRAP

"As Many Rounds As Possible"

Today was a 20 min AMRAP
5 box jumps
10 wall balls
15 kettle bell swings

We set goals, we have a certain round we strive for and then we work hard to achieve them. The goal was 6-7 for some and 7-8 for others and then we had the ones that hit this wod hard and fast and did 9 and 10 rounds!

That is wonderful athletes who can set goals and push through to achieve them. That is good strategy, proper pacing and strong endurance.

Today is a day I need to congratulate everyone on being some fine CrossFitters!!!
