When/Why did you satrt CrossFit? I started Crossfit a little over a year ago. My mom actually was the one who spotted Crossfit Beyond and asked if I would try it with her. I remember Joy helping the two of us through our first WOD. It was an AMRAP with banded pull ups, air squats, and sit-ups. I was very sore the next day so that of course meant that whatever we did was working and I wanted to come back for more. I then of course made John try it out too and here we are.
Favorite and Least Favorite WODs or Movements: I like WOD's that include heavy lifting. Lifting heavy weights makes me feel like super woman and it's also a nice break from more intense cardio like running, rowing, or box jumps. I dislike WOD's that include rowing. To this day rowing still kills me.

I love taking pictures. I feel like if I take picture of everything I do then I will always remember it.
I was born and raised in New York. When I was 19 I decided I needed a change of scenery so I moved to Georgia for a couple of years. I lived and worked right by the Ocean. It was nice to get away but I missed my family so eventually came back home.
I work with my family. Mother, Father, AND Brother. It can be a huge headache sometimes but I still feel blessed to be able to do that.
