Fall 5k suggestions!

With Fall just around the corner, some of our members have expressed interest in doing a CrossFit Beyond Fall 5k Road Race!

There are so many races in the Capital Region during the Fall and we would love some input and suggestion from our members! We would love to start planning and organizing this ASAP!

Two ideas that have some up so far are the Dunkin' Run on Sunday September 17th

On-Ramp Sat. August 12th! Share with Family and Friends!

Our next On Ramp intro class will be Saturday August 12th from 11-4:00pm! Share with any family and friends who have been interested in giving CrossFit a try! This is an incredible deal!


CrossFit Beyond will be holding an on- ramp class on Saturday, August 12th from 11:00am-4:00pm



Please share with your family and friends! This is a great opportunity to get in shape and become a part of the CrossFit Beyond community!

ON-RAMP CLASS


- 5 Hour On-Ramp class is for anyone interested in joining CrossFit Beyond

 - ON-RAMPs will be included in the first month membership. In other words you have to sign up for a month. $125 includes the first month membership plus the on-ramp class. We feel that in order to really know if you like CrossFit and CrossFit Beyond you need to try it for a month.


- Learn the 9 fundamental movements to CrossFit, which is required to start your membership at CrossFit Beyond. Learn the Squat, Press and Deadlift family. Prepare yourself to go into one of the fastest growing strength and conditioning programs out there.

Vendors and Volunteers needed for End of Summer Kids Event Thurs. Aug 10th!

We are looking for vendors who would be interested in doing children activities, as well as volunteers to help out with our End of Summer Kids Camp Event on Thursday, August 10th!

CrossFit Beyond has been traveling to multiple summer camps throughout Albany County and has been bringing CrossFit to hundreds of children in the community.

Our mission is to provide youth with opportunities for success by setting healthy goals from a fitness perspective. We strive to provide health and fitness to hundreds of  children at multiple locations throughout Albany County. This promotes a lifestyle filled with fun, health, and fitness, while bringing neighborhoods and communities together.

We are very excited and honored to be holding the end of summer camp event right here at CrossFit Beyond on Thursday, August 10th! We need your help!

We are looking for vendors who can provide some type of activity and/or entertainment for the children during our event! 

We are also looking for volunteers who are willing to help us set up, breakdown, work the event, or make a whole day of it and help out with everything.

The event will run from 11am-3pm and we will need volunteers from 9am-4pm.

Any amount of time that you can donate is greatly appreciated, whether it be for an hour or for the entire day! Lunch will be provided for all volunteers :)
