Do you want to get better at Olympic weightlifting? Whether your personal goal is to improve barbell efficiency in WODs, train to compete as a weightlifter, or just become an all around stronger, more powerful athlete, barbell club at CrossFit Beyond is the class for you! Join us on Thursday nights from 7-8:30 and Sundays from 10-11:30 with in-house weightlifting coaches Jake Thorp and Jamie Verner to become a better weightlifter! Classes include dynamic warm ups and movement prep for the olympic lifts, drills and complexes to reinforce proper technique, and some good old fashion heavy lifting. Do not hesitate to stop in!
