Challenge #2

OK... so here's the next challenge:

5 miles broken out in 200m sprints.
You have 10 days to sprint out 200m. Grab a stop watch and write down your time.

If there is running in the WOD's you will be able to "check" off every 200m you do. You will not be required to put a time down, just check off that you did it.

There is 40, sprints.....plan out your 10 days. Remember CrossFit is alot about strat·e·giz·ing!!
