Deadlift week ending.

This week our Strength Day was deadlifts. A few of our athletes doing Starting Strength were doing deadlifts AND today we utilitzed our training of deadlifts in the WOD.
The week has been great with the exception of several people staying home I would say we had a successful week.
BUT as your trainer we do need to inforce the class attendance thing. I do feel as though some penance is in order.

So you know what happens when athletes don't show up to work out?
We do Hell's Half Mile!
