I almost forgot how to post a blog.
(JUST KIDDING)
Work has been consuming us at the gym! Sheetrocking, sanding, cleaning, and painting to help finish this renovation project.
We hope to be done by the end of the month and things will be back to normal.

SO... the week in review at CrossFit Beyond.

We ended the week on Friday with an array of movements challenging everyone to try something new. Ring Dips, pushups, situps, K2E, kettle bell swings and then all movements in reverse order.



Saturday we had a fun morning of Mother and Son WOD. Mothers were invited to try out CrossFit (if you're new) and/or join in on the Kids WOD. GREAT idea which we will began to see more of.



Sunday ended the weekend with our Womens Group doing heats of "Christine". EVERYONE doing a really good job. EVERYONE finishing in around the same time. Now that is good class when everyone using different weights, having different abilities but still finish very close to each other. NICE! Very nice job Ladies.
