Great Holiday!

What a great holiday....
Over a dozen athletes came out for our 6am class, which started the holiday with a double WOD.
WOD #1 taken from the main site:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups
That went very well and then unto
WOD #2
21-15-9
Hand Release Push ups
Deadlifts 225/155/135
Box Jumps
THEN, Bruce had a nice breakfast started for us and we all enjoyed a nice after WOD treat.
Thanks Bruce and Holly for helping out with that and thanks to Karli for her muffins and Morgan for adding to everything with fresh strawberries.
