Interval Training

Interval training is quick, fast, all out energy toward a movement then short rests.
Today's partner WOD was great interval training. 5 teams went at it.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Deadlifts (225/165/135)
Pull ups

500m row

One athlete went 10 and 10 then the partner 10 and 10. Back to first athlete 9 and 9 and partner 9 & 9 and so forth and at the end each partner did 500m row.
It was great...just enough rest in-between to recover and hit it again after your partner was done.
