Kettlebell work.







I think CrossFit Beyond has redeemed themselves. We had an awesome day of kettlebell work. Most athletes hitting a kettlebell WOD for the first time. So keeping the weights moderately heavy was the way to go.....except for the men of the night! Ryan and Brendan did an amazing job hitting the WOD heavy in comparison.

Good job to everyone in the morning and night class today for sticking through a brutal 15 minute work out!

Don't forget tomorrow is strength day. Strength days are important! Please try to make an effort to attend class.
