Starting tomorrow, Monday, March 3rd we will be adding hours.
To help thin out the early morning and noon classes, we will be adding a 9am class Mon-Fri (not just Tues & Thurs)
AND we are going to provide 5 more OPEN GYM times. Open Gym is a time to come in and do a strength program, work on a skill, make up a wod or work on your suck list. This is not a coaching or structured time. It is on your own.
They will be Mon- Fri 8am-9am and then Mon, Tues and Wed night at 7-8pm There will still be Saturday morning at 10-11am
