Pull Ups!!

The Pull Up Challenge begins!!!

Starting today for 10 days you need to fit in 100 strict (NO KIPPING, NO BAND) pull ups in 10 days.
If you can not do a strict pull up you will do negative pull ups. (ask a coach if you don't know how to do them)

ANYONE who already has pull ups without a band will do 200!! for every 1 mark on the board you will perform 2 pull ups!

YOU will be accountable. You will be highlighting and keeping track of your pull ups from day to day.
We will all be accountable to each other. Coaches included!
