Rain Rain and more Rain

Well the rain may have stopped us from going out... but it didn't stop us from working really hard at today's WOD. Nice job to both the morning and evening class. Both classes are learning how to think smart, how to get through a movement - 100 times!!...... how to keep moving.....how stay strong.... keep going.... strategizing is important in CrossFit! Good job to everyone on "thinking" about the workout.
