I am VERY excited to hold next STRENGTH  seminar for everyone who has been following my articles and videos on the web, or perhaps you’ve heard about my methods and the results they produce in the Long Island area and you want to learn more. This seminar is going to focus on my personal bread and butter and is all about getting SUPER STRONG!

Strength really is the foundation for everything else you do. The stronger you are the more muscle mass you can put on and the more powerful you can potential become. The problem is most people don’t know how to do it the RIGHT way and they experience set back, plateaus, and even injuries.

John Gaglione is a strength coach out of Long Island, New York. John trains a wide variety of athletes at his facility located in Farmingdale New York. He specializes improving maximal strength for all athletes and “average joes”. He currently leads a powerlifting team of over 40 members 21 of which have achieved national ranking.

John has also written many strength and conditioning articles for major online publications such as Elite Fitness Systems, Testosterone Nation, One Result, and Men’s Health.

An avid strength athlete John also has a lot of “under the bar experience” and has competed in the sport of powerlifting for nearly a decade years. His best competition equipped lifts are a 850 squat, 575 Bench, and a 640 Deadlift.

Mark Greenstein nationally ranked 1900 total at 220 and world ranked 1825 total at 198

Mark came to our gym as a crossfitter with a 495 squat and 550 deadlift. Now he has a 1900 total at 220 and is currently ranked in the top ten ALL TIME in the 198 class with an 1825 raw total.  That’s top ten in the history of the sport and in the world! His 1825 total is one of the best total pound for pound in the country by formula!

 

Dom Minnici Nationally Ranked 2000 Raw total at 308

Doms’ 1st meet every was 1505. With our methods at his latest meet he squatted 800 and total 2000 raw! His squat is one of the best in the country by formula.

Savannah Minnici Nationally Ranked 132 Women’s Class


Savannah first came to us looking to get in shape. She has no experience with competitive athletics and is a hair dresser during the day. With hard work she now has one of the top total in the 132 weight class in the nation showing our methods work for women and everyday people not just elite athletes or genetic freaks.


Sandy Tepper #1 Multiply Lifter at 165 in the Country and nationally ranked raw total

Last, but certainly not least Sandy Tepper came to us already with a top total in the nation. With our team’s guidance Sandy is now the top 165 equipped lifter in the country with his 1825 total at the Westside Pro meet showing no matter what level you are currently at we can get you better! Elite or novice we can help you out!
