Scale “UP”?

Yes. Scaling up in CrossFit is when the WOD is at a beginner level or you just want to challenge yourself more. (providing good form is kept).

Today we had several brave souls that took on the challenge of scaling "UP". Performing weighted lunges, running 400m instead of 200m and going up to 15 pullups instead of 10.

Awesome job to everyone! Especially all those athletes who already hit two days of pull ups. Promise no more pull ups this week. Can't promise no burpees though.
