CrossFit Beyond member Katie are leaving us at the end of June to be stationed at

When/Why did you first start doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit two and a half years ago with my fiancé Katie. She blames me for her 20 lb weight gain, so I suggested we try CrossFit!
What fitness activities were you doing before?
Mainly sports.. Rugby, Tennis, Football.. and the occasional membership at Planet Fitness
What results have you seen since you joined CrossFit Beyond?
Overall improvement in strength
What do you like most about CF?
The variety of exercises each week and the group aspect. Everyone motivating each other to get the WOD done regardless of skill level.
What is your favorite CF exercise?
All Olympic movements. Love cleaning.. squat clean.. hang clean.. power clean..
Your least favorite?
Pull-ups, Wall balls
What CF accomplishment are you currently most proud of?
Joining the 300 club for deadlifting! (325#)
What CF goal are you working towards?
Bar and Ring muscle up!
