When/Why did you first start doing CrossFit? 

I started because I was sick of the same old routine and not seeing any progress.


What fitness activities were you doing before? 

I was mainly just lifting weights and running.

What results have you seen since you joined CrossFit Beyond? 

Since joining CrossFit Beyond, I have gotten into the best shape of my life.

What do you like most about CF?

I like the camaraderie and how the gym feels more like a community filled with people who are there to push you and help you reach your goals.

What is your favorite CF exercise? 
Power Cleans


Your least favorite?

Rope Climbs

What CF accomplishment are you currently most proud of? 

Bar muscle ups! I got my first one probably two months ago and last week I hit 50 in Jason! Great progress!

What CF goal are you working towards?

Improving other gymnastic moves. Next is ring muscle ups and increasing my strength/ability on handstand pushups and pistols.
