source site What fitness activities were you doing before?
I was an amateur competitive rower with Albany Rowing Center. I still row, but am no longer racing. I am also a spin instructor and used to do sprint and Olympic distance triathlons....lots of cardio!

I have definitely gotten stronger; I am lifting heavier weights and am getting better with form and technique. I am also much more confident and not as intimidated to try and keep trying even if I am unable to do it now. I figure eventually I will get it.

see People assume I will say the rower, but I hate that machine, psychological and physical torture. I like the complex movements. I think it is neat to string together the movements.

Running, running with a ball, running pulling a sled, running pushing a sled....yep, running. (Oh, and squat snatches...ugh)
