1 009When/Why did you first start doing CrossFit? I started doing crossfit consistently about 1 year ago when I joined Crossfit Beyond. Before that I had done a few WODs back home and I knew I had to find a gym in Albany to join.

What fitness activities were you doing before? Before crossfit I pretty much just ran and rode my bike. I would do a few triathlons as well as a few xc mountain bike races.

What results have you seen since you joined CrossFit Beyond? Since joining CrossFit Beyond I have seen increases in both strength as well as endurance. The amount of pullups I can do has significantly increased as well as my deadlift max.

1 007What do you like most about CF? I like not knowing what to expect when I walk into the box. You never know if its gonna be a heavy strength day or a WODfull of burpees.

What is your favorite CF exercise? I've really come to love deadlifts lately but I also enjoy burpees, pullups, and box jumps.

Your least favorite? Probably overhead squats because I'm not good at them.

What CF accomplishment are you currently most proud of? I just had a 30# PR on back squat this past week so thats probably the accomplishment I'm currently most proud of.

What CF goal are you working towards? I'm working on learning to do butterfly pull-ups. I have yet to attempt Linda at RX so I would like to complete that sometime soon.
