When/Why did you first start doing CrossFit?
First time I tried crossfit was July2012 for a one month trial through groupon, loved it but couldn't come back until after we had settled into our new house. Started full swing in February 2013. I love it because there is someone else making the workouts!


What fitness activities were you doing before?

Prior to crossfit I used to run a medium amount of time. I remember days when I would push for a really fast mile and think 'yeah, that was a good workout!' and now I prefer to run a quick mile before doing the WOD.


What results have you seen since you joined CrossFit Beyond?

I have definitely seen myself getting stronger.


What do you like most about CF?

I love seeing the improvements in my notebook when we repeat workouts.


What is your favorite CF exercise?

I love working on snatches and clean and jerks and seeing how quickly I can go up in weight. I also love the workouts that have several different movements to work through.


Your least favorite?

The bane of my existence lies in wall balls. I hate them. The movement itself isn't too terrible, but there is such a mind block when it comes to them for me!


What CF accomplishment are you currently most proud of?

I'm so proud of my half of a strict chin up.


What CF goal are you working towards?

My ultimate goal is to be able to do a strict pull up.. and then another and then another!
