When/Why did you first start doing CrossFit?
I started doing Crossfit three months ago because I wanted something new to push myself outside my regular work out routine.
What fitness activities were you doing before?
Before Crossfit, I ran and did yoga.
What results have you seen since you joined CrossFit Beyond?
Learning new exercises and being able to do more at increasing weights!
What do you like most about CF?
I love working out and Crossfit pushes me to work out harder. The trainers and the group are great and work really hard, it's great motivation!!
What is your favorite CF exercise?
My favorite exercise is thrusters, I think....
Your least favorite?
My least favorite exercise is thrusters, ha!
