Before I started going to CrossFit I really struggled to establish a regular exercise routine but I was playing squash and trying to get to the gym every now and then.
link What results have you seen since you joined CrossFit Beyond?
The biggest difference I’ve noticed is that I have a lot more energy and I find it a lot easier to get up in the morning. I also see a lot of difference in the movements I can now do and a general increase in strength.

The people. I go to the 6am class and there is a pretty regular group of people that go at that time, everyone is really friendly and it’s a great environment to work out in.
follow What is your favorite CF exercise? Your least favorite?
Favorite is definitely back squats as I’ve seen the biggest gains there. Lease favorite is HSPUs! I’ve only recently been able to get inverted but doing inverted pushups is going to take me a while yet!

I spent a lot of time practicing double unders which I can now do fairly well and I’m pretty pleased with that. I now no longer use a band for pull ups which I’m proud of but I’m not quite there with doing lots of pull ups in WODs.

I’m really focusing on upper body strength just now so I can see gains in my bench pressing and try to master HSPUs and pull ups.
