What a great strength day that was.
The Morning Class did Clean & Jerks followed by some Phase testing, while the Evening Class worked on the power clean ending in Tabata Planks.
Congratulations to Jamie, Melonie and Michael for making it back for their second class. All still a little sore, but that is to be expected for the first couple of months until your body becomes accustom to using muscles it hasn't used in awhile. We'll take it slow and you'll build up to it.
Very impressive cleans. You all made it look easy....wait till you get the technique down...you'll be putting up some serious weight overhead.
