NO... that's not all we did. The Weekend Warriors/Sunday Girls/Young Ladies....(haven't figured out what to call these strong women yet) started off with a "taste" of all three of our all time favorite warm ups. Running, jump roping and rowing. Rower took charge...has soon has they finished a 250m row everyone switched movements. Then we went into a 21-15-9 Deadlift box jump WOD and to everyone's surprise they could actually jump higher than they thought AND all three could have definitely lifted more. Next time!
