Thank you CrossFit Beyond!

As owner and trainer it has been a struggle finding time to get a WOD in or to have the energy after a long day at my desk job to workout. BUT today's WOD looked like fun, I knew it would be short and I was "hoping" to have people hang around after to keep me company. And that's what they did! I want to thank Holly, Amanda, Heather and Mike (and Rose was with us in spirit) for the encouragement, the support and the company! I truly miss working out with a group.

The whole reason for joining CrossFit 4 years ago was to be in a structured class with other athletes and to have someone else teach me. That is the beauty of CrossFit! Everyday you learn more and more. Everyday you get healthier and healthier. Everyday you get stronger and stronger WHILE HAVING FUN! That is CrossFit.

Today's WOD comes straight from the 2008 CrossFit Games:

The Deadlift_Burpee WOD
5 rounds
5 Deadlifts 275/185
10 Burpees

Everyone did great did great today. Form was good while weights and times were very respectable.
Everyone did so well we were able to fit in a Mobilty WOD today. We have really been taking advantage of Kelly Starrett and his great stretching advice. Look forward to more and more of his good stuff.
