Another incredibly busy week at CrossFit Beyond.
Construction is 92% done and then you will have us 100%.
Athletes will soon have access to a full kitchen, new (large) bathroom and changing room.
Although not having the kitchen fully finished hasn't stop us from enjoying post WOD shakes, healthy rosemary cookies and the Sunday Women got a taste of a paleo chocolate banana bread! hmmmm That's the goal of this kitchen. (Not only to keep your trainer fed) but to teach more on nutrition and how there is so many good tasting foods — that are good for you!
We will start learning about weighing and measuring what we are eating, and how to substitute the "bad" carbs for "good" carbs.
